As a result of our continuous growth we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Payroll Administrator to join the Inchacape Corporate team based at Greystanes. Reporting to the HRSS Manager your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Analyse, identify and provide solutions to enable processes and systems to effectively support the business
  • Month end reporting
  • Process improvement and Procedural documentation to include process flow mapping across payroll and HR
  • Identifying gaps in processes and implementing a solution
  • Salary survey data contribution
  • WGEA annual report data analysis
  • Backfill for Payroll Specialist and Remuneration and Projects Coordinator
  • Assist with payroll projects

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role within a large organisation with 1000+ employees
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Extensive experience with processes improvement and reporting
  • Experience in all functions of Payroll
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills
